These terms cover your use of FieldSight. By making an account you agree to them. Last updated October 22, 2026.

What FieldSight is

FieldSight is practice for the NREMT EMT and Paramedic exams. It is for study only.
It is not a course, a certification or a license. Passing here does not mean you will pass the NREMT.
FieldSight is not part of the NREMT. The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians does not endorse it.

The questions are drafts. Experts are reviewing them. Some may contain errors.
Nothing here is medical advice. Nothing here is your agency's protocol. Follow your protocols and your medical director.
If a question looks wrong, use Report a problem. We read every report.

Use your real name and an email address you can read.
One account is for one person. Do not share your password or your account.
Do not copy, save or publish the questions. Do not use scripts or bots to read the site.
We may close an account that breaks these rules. If we do, we will refund what is left of a pass you bought, unless the account was closed for copying the questions.

A pass opens a set of questions, and the ECG trainer with the Paramedic pass, for the number of days shown when you get it.
A pass you buy is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews by itself.
An access code gives a pass for the days the code says. Codes can expire. Codes have a set number of uses.
If your program gave you a seat, the program's agreement with us decides how long it lasts.
When a pass ends, you can still sign in, see your history, download your data and delete your account. You cannot start new sessions until you have a pass again.
Stripe processes payments. We never see your card number.

You get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying and you have answered fewer than 50 questions since you bought the pass.
After 7 days, or once you have answered 50 or more questions, we do not give refunds.
Program seats are refunded only as the program's agreement says.
When we refund a pass, the pass ends that day.
To ask for a refund, write to us from the email on your account.

We try to keep the site running. It may be down at times, for updates or for reasons we cannot control.
We may change or remove questions and features. We will not take away a feature that a pass you bought promised during that pass.
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

The privacy page says what we store and who can see it.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you when you sign in. The terms in force when you bought a pass apply to that pass.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
